Ellie Mental Health St. Charles is hiring Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing outpatient clinic. We are seeking LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, including Spanish-speaking / bilingual therapists, to provide individual, family, and trauma-informed therapy services to diverse populations.

- Provisionally Licensed Therapists: LPC, LSW, LMFT-Associate (or equivalent)

- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Timely completion of documentation (24–48 hours)
- Comfortable working with diverse and multicultural populations
- Experience with EHR systems (Valant preferred)
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual therapist (Spanish/English)
- Experience with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families
- Trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, and substance use
- Outpatient mental health or community mental health experience
- Insurance credentialing experience (or willingness to become credentialed)
- Conduct mental health assessments and establish diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy services
- Complete progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and documentation
- Full-time clinicians maintain 25 client sessions per week
- Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and care teams
- Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision
- Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy
