Job Title: Patient Care CoordinatorDepartment: ClinicalJob Purpose: Helps patients and providers by providing clinical information, services and assistance.Job Duties:Mindful Behavioral Healthcare is a growing psychiatric practice located in Kissimmee,Florida!Our team is looking for a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to handle inbound andoutbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handlingof order inquiries and patient-related issues. Other responsibilities include: maintainingpatient census and reaching out to patients regarding their medication and order status,gathering patients' clinical data/ correcting information in appropriate databases, andproviding support to physicians, nurses, and patients in a clear and articulate manner.We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational, communication andcustomer service skills. A High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of either PharmacyTechnician or Call Center experience is required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must! Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is required Leadership experience is a plusThis role is Monday - Friday, 8a-5p EST. Though rare, candidates must be availableto work beyond the established scheduled (extended hours), when required by thebusiness.----------------------This position requires the individual to undergo and pass a L2 Background checkthrough AHCA (Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration) prior to their firstday of employment. This process includes fingerprinting.If you do not possess an active/eligible L2 background check, there may be a cost tothe individual of $89.15 to complete the fingerprinting process through DTIS (DigitalTrusted Identity Services).
