Chief of Staff

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Chief of Staff - this is an onsite role in San Francisco. Salary range: 165-225K USD base plus benefits plus equity.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 3+ years of experience to be the CEO's right hand during our most critical scaling phase. You'll be the glue that keeps our fast-moving team aligned and executing flawlessly as we build the future of lending.

What will you be doing?

• Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track.
• Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams.
• Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence, from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of management consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or strategic roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges and build scalable processes.
• Experience managing internal operations or in a chief of staff role at a high-growth company.
• Strong analytical skills, covering both quantitative and qualitative strategic thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization.
