Job Responsibilities:
%CF; Able to take inventory and maintain checklists
%CF; Be able to take in orders and stock inventory appropriately
%CF; Be on time to open bar and be able to close the bar down
%CF; Run check-out reports and count registers
%CF; Ensures the bar is well-stocked and clean.
%CF; Appropriately delegate tasks to staff.
%CF; Oversee staff, including bartenders and barbacks, and, in some cases, bouncer.
%CF; Ensures that industry-specific quality and safety guidelines are followed by all staff

%CF; Accomplished mixologist.
%CF; Excellent multitasking ability.

Licensing Requirements:
%CF; High school diploma or GED.
%CF; Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus.
%CF; Bartender’s license and State RV card
%CF; Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant.
%CF; Supervisory experience.
%CF; Be able to pass background check for Schedule A / Table A Forms
Base Pay $10-$15Hr Plus the opportunity to make tips
