Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Respond to patient emergencies and implement appropriate clinical interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and nursing documentation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, patient safety, and infection control
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
