Estimating Co-opThe Estimating Co-op will gain hands-on experience in the preconstruction process by supporting our Estimating team on a variety of construction projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with bid solicitation efforts and subcontractor/vendor selection.Manage bid documents, including downloading, uploading, printing, and compiling initial bid packages and addenda.Develop, track, and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).Review and analyze construction drawings and perform quantity takeoffs.Assist in developing labor, material, and equipment cost estimates for self-performed work.Support the preparation of final pricing, proposals, and project specifications.Compile and maintain historical cost and project data for estimating and tracking purposes.Location: Dayton, OhioQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related degree program.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
