NOW HIRING: SERVICE ADVISOR
Thornton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Red Lion, PA is seeking a full-time experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every third Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and by phone
- Listen to and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service needs
- Prepare detailed, accurate repair orders and communicate estimated costs and timelines
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspection results
- Communicate with technicians to track repair status and manage workflow
- Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy prior to customer pickup
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Mopar/Stellantis products and services
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a dealership service environment preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge; and dealership management system experience a plus
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
