Job Description

Job Description
Be the Reason Someone Feels Safe and Supported

For many seniors and adults with disabilities, the evening and overnight hours can bring uncertainty. A quiet house, fear of falling, or simply the anxiety of being alone can create significant stress. That’s where you come in.

As an Evening or Overnight In-Home Caregiver with Experience Professional Care Solutions, you’ll provide the dependable, compassionate support that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Your presence also gives families invaluable peace of mind, knowing their loved one is in trustworthy hands.

We know exceptional care starts with caring for you.

We are a nurse-led, veteran-owned team serving our neighbors throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston. Here, you aren’t simply filling a shift—you’re a valued member of a supportive workplace family. Because our leadership understands caregiving from the inside out, you’ll have leaders who listen, support you, and recognize the important work you do.

Evening and overnight care are currently in high demand throughout our community, and we are actively seeking dependable, warm-hearted caregivers to join our growing team.

Available Shift Blocks

Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on their confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs:

  • Evening: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

  • Overnight: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (10-hour awake overnight shift)

Applicants may be available for evening shifts, overnight shifts, or both.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Every client is unique, but your responsibilities may include:

  • Peace of Mind: Monitoring each client’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the shift.

  • Evening and Morning Routines: Helping clients wind down for a restful night or gently begin their morning.

  • Safe Mobility: Assisting with walking, bathroom visits, positioning, and safe transfers throughout the home.

  • Personal Care with Heart: Providing respectful assistance with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and other personal needs.

  • Companionship: Offering conversation, encouragement, and a reassuring presence to clients who may feel lonely, anxious, or disoriented.

  • Meal and Household Support: Assisting with simple meals, light housekeeping, and other tasks that help clients remain comfortable at home.

  • Attentive Care: Observing and reporting changes in condition, completing accurate visit documentation, and following individualized care plans and safety protocols.

Growth Opportunities: Every new team member begins as a Care Provider, with clear, supported opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead as they build their skills and experience.

Who You Are

If you believe kindness matters and want work that brings genuine purpose to your week, you may be a wonderful fit for our team.

We’d love to welcome you if you:

  • Feel comfortable and confident working independently in a client’s home.

  • Genuinely enjoy helping others maintain their independence and dignity.

  • Take pride in being dependable, punctual, and fully present during your shifts.

  • Communicate with warmth, patience, and respect toward clients, families, and teammates.

  • Can remain attentive and alert throughout an awake overnight shift.
