Branz Technologies is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and grow our Durham operation.
This isn't a traditional operations role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building teams, developing people, creating customer relationships, and growing a business.
If your first thought is "Who can help us accomplish this?" instead of "How do I do it myself?", you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Grow the branch through customer relationships and business development
- Recruit, hire, and develop great employees
- Coach supervisors and build future leaders
- Support day-to-day operations while improving systems and processes
- Build a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork
- Drive the branch's long-term growth and profitability
