Construction Estimator / Building Materials Estimator
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
- Extensive experience preparing accurate material takeoffs and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK, Autodesk Takeoff, or similar
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
