RN Unit Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee daily clinical operations in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, customer service, and team management skills who is committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care.
Currently hiring for Full Time ; 7:30 AM to 4PM shift.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of a designated nursing unit.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Respond to resident and family concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused environment.

Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead effectively in a fast-paced SNF environment.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or Unit Manager experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting. (PREFERRED)
