Pay: $21.04 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime may be required.)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Paint Line Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing products while maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. Candidates with experience painting houses, wood products, cabinets, furniture, or working in an industrial paint booth are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare products and surfaces for painting.
- Apply paint using spray equipment and other painting methods as required.
- Operate and work safely within a paint booth environment.
- Inspect painted products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain consistent paint coverage, finish quality, and color accuracy.
- Perform masking, sanding, and other surface preparation duties.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, coatings, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with production and other departmental duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous painting experience is required.
- Experience painting wood products, cabinets, furniture, or residential/commercial houses is preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing paint booth is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
