OB SUMMARY:
This position is to perform maintenance tasks within the facility. All aspcets of facility maintenance and repair.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Drywall and Paint extensive experience required.
B. Reliable transportation and cell phone required.
C. Full time flexible schedule required.
D. Trouble shooting repairing various equipment.
E. Experience in long term care facility preferred.
F. HVAC license is a plus.
