Experienced Class A Driver - $1,200-$1,400/wk Avg - Drop & Hook

Looking for a high-paying, hassle-free regional lane? We are hiring an experienced solo Class A CDL driver for a dedicated out-and-back route operating out of the Huntsville area.

This run features zero physical loading, competitive mileage pay, and a reliable weekly schedule.

Earnings & Mileage Highlights

• CPM Rate: Earn a flat $0.70 CPM on all miles driven.
• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,200 to $1,400 gross per week.
• Weekly Distance: Log a consistent 1,800 to 2,000 miles weekly.
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (primarily quick drop-and-hook operations with zero manual loading/unloading).
• Compensation Note: Straight CPM pay structure (no additional stop or short-haul accessory pay).
• Benefits: Full health coverage (medical, dental, vision), PTO, and company-matching 401(k) active after 60 days.

Route & Schedule Expectations

• Home Time: Home weekly for your 34-hour reset.
• Operations: Regional out-and-back runs focused around Huntsville (includes handling return backhauls).
• Shift Flexibility: 24/7 account requiring adaptability for both day and night driving shifts.
• Calendar Schedule: Weekend dispatches are standard. Required to run holidays, except for Christmas Day (guaranteed day off).

Driver Qualifications

• Hiring Areas: Must reside within 50 miles of:
  • Alabama: Huntsville
  • Mississippi: Monticello, Laurel, or Meridian
• Experience Requirement: First-Seat Experienced Solo Drivers only (no trainees or teams).
  • 6+ months OTR in the past year, OR 12+ months OTR in the past 5 years (local Class A experience applies).
• Licensing: Valid CDL-A and up-to-date DOT Medical Card (no endorsements required).
• Background & Drug Screen: Clean driving record (max 4 jobs in the last 12 months, no major preventable accidents in 5 years). Must pass both hair and urine drug screening.
• Strictly NOT SAP Friendly.
