Position: Part Time
Pay: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour+ $500.00 90-day bonus and 50% pay for last minute client cancelations
Schedule: Afternoon and early evening hours Monday through Friday. Saturday opportunities available.

- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation
- Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of ABA experience required
- Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
