We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide backup and support for a role currently in cross-training. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service to established clients—no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts.
- Manage orders from entry through completion.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Handle high-volume phone communication with customers.
- Support daily inside sales operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying daily workloads.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Workload may fluctuate; some days are busier than others.
- Reports to General Manager (time approvals).
