What You’ll Do

As a Pricer / Donation Processor, you’ll play a vital role in our operations by ensuring donated items are handled with care and priced appropriately. Your work will directly support our mission to serve the community and provide affordable goods to those in need. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Process Donations: Receive, sort, and organize donations with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Pricing Items: Evaluate and price donated goods to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
• Maintain Standards: Keep donation areas clean, organized, and safe for both team members and customers.
• Heavy Lifting: Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs a few times a day as part of your responsibilities.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or environment (strongly preferred).
• Physical Capability: The ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for pricing items accurately and fairly.
• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
