Preparation and Delivery Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and organized Marketing Assistant to support our outreach efforts by preparing and delivering client snack and gift baskets, assisting with light administrative work, and representing our brand at occasional marketing events. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being on the go, working independently, and adding a personal touch to client relationships.

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Assemble snack/gift baskets for realtors and lenders
• Deliver baskets along 5 established routes (company vehicle available for use during office hours)
• Maintain an organized delivery schedule and route tracking
• Assist with light data entry and administrative tasks
• Supporting marketing events (set up table, distribute swag, interact professionally with attendees)

• Valid Drivers License
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and carry baskets (light to moderate weight)
