Reconcile General Ledger Balance Sheet accounts to the Excel Reconciliation files monthly and make recommendations for corrections. Manage Fixed Assets, including bi-annual inventory. Reconcile monthly bank reconciliations.Data entry into accounting software.Monthly department and grant reporting. Grant Invoicing.Grant budgeting assistance.340B program reconciliation, reporting and general ledger entryPrepare and/or enter month end Indirect Rate entries. Prepare monthly deductions reports. Prepare audit support documentation. Enter and report grant budgets in Sage Intacct Software.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to department manager inquiries regarding grant/contracts. Grant compliance activities. Attend department/organizational-wide meetings as required. Other duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor or Finance Director. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESKnowledgeable of fund accounting principles. Federal grant knowledge including familiarity with OMB. Ability to process and maintain information in a confidential manner. Courteous, reliable, dependable, personable, prompt, adaptable. Able to meet deadlines. Well-organized. Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field. One year of accounting or related experience.Exceptional experience with computers, especially Excel.Sage Intacct Software experience a plus.Healthcare background and/or non-profit experience preferred.HIPAAIHB makes reasonable efforts to limit access to and use of protected health information (PHI) by employees to the minimum necessary performance of assigned duties as outlines in job descriptions.
