We're seeking an experienced Estimator / General Manager to join our growing restoration and environmental services team. If you're a driven professional with strong leadership, sales, and estimating skills, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact while growing your career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to estimate projects
• Develop new business through networking and relationship building
• Build and maintain partnerships with insurance professionals, property managers, and commercial clients
• Schedule and oversee project production
• Lead team members to ensure quality work and outstanding customer service
• Manage project documentation and administrative task
  
  

Qualifications

• Sales, estimating, or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
