Environmental & Land Use Associate Qualification/Requirements:
- 2+ years demonstrated expertise in environmental law, including areas such as environmental compliance, permitting, litigation, due diligence, and remediation.
- Role will focus on providing legal counsel and representation to clients in a variety of environmental matters, including compliance, permitting, litigation, and drafting briefs/motions.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in California
