If you're excited about seeing tangible results from your work, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where growth is constant, joining Kaidi could be the journey of a lifetime!Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as CNC laser cutters, press brakes, welders, powder coat lines, conveyors, and mechanical assembly stationsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsSupport final assembly equipment maintenance, including tools, torque devices, and material handling systemsConduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement long-term fixesMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in CMMS or tracking systemsWork closely with production leads and supervisors to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruptionParticipate in equipment installation, relocation, and commissioningDepending on workload, will also engage in Facilities maintenance and other related work Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standardsMaintain inventory of critical spare parts and assist with ordering supplies Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, representing the typical expectations for the roleQualifications5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a metal manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with laser cutting, forming, welding, and powder coating processesProficient in diagnosing issues on CNC laser systems (BLM), press brakes, welding cells, powder coat ovens, and conveyorsAble to tune and adjust molds and dies for metal fabricationBasic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and machine-level controls (ABB)Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsExperience supporting final mechanical or hardware assembly operationsStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training in industrial maintenance preferredAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a production environmentTeam player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levelsWhy You'll Love Working HereHands-on environment with opportunities to work on diverse equipment Opportunity to make a real impact on the success of the operationBe part of a team that values innovation, efficiency, and craftsmanshipClean, well-organized manufacturing environment with brand new equipmentCompetitive pay and benefits packageOpportunities for growth, learning, and leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environmentWorking EnvironmentOn-site role in a production facility-daily presence on the shop floor is a mustAbility to access and navigate all areas of the facilities and perform the above-mentioned responsibilitiesInternational travel will be required for trainingPay$25.00 - $34.00 per hour DOEBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid holidaysPaid vacation and sick timeIRA with matching $Ready to join a company that puts people and safety first?
