ReCutter: Janesville, Wisconsin
Our customer in Janesville, Wisconsin is looking for a dependable, detailoriented individual to join their team as a ReCutter to work fulltime on 1st shift. In this role, you will operate saw and cutting equipment to prepare materials according to work orders while working in a teambased manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the ReCutter:
- Operate saw and cutting equipment to cut materials to size.
- Read work orders to understand cutting dimensions and requirements.
- Set up materials and guides on machines before cutting.
- Monitor machine operation during cutting and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy.
- Measure completed pieces using basic measuring tools.
- Prepare cut materials for shipping, including labeling and wrapping.
- Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with team members and supervisors to keep production moving smoothly.
ReCutter Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Driver’s license preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read instructions and follow safety procedures.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for most of the shift.
- Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
Pay for ReCutter: $17.00/hour.
ReCutter Benefits:
