RN Unit Manager (UM)

Sean Kean Manor Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Unit Manager (UM) to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical and supervisory skills who is passionate about quality resident care and leading nursing staff.

• Provide daily oversight of nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

• Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing team on the unit

• Report to the Director of Nursing on maintaining excellence in care standards

• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and care plans

• Resolve resident concerns using a multidisciplinary approach

• Ensure compliance with infection control, medication, and safety protocols

• Accurately document resident care and communicate needs across teams

• Manage supplies and equipment to support efficient unit operations

• Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)

• 2+ years of nursing experience in long-term care or rehabilitation

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
