Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that align with organizational goals and standards

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote positive patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and unit activities

Requirements:

• Current RN/LVN licensure in the state of Texas

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Excellent clinical and problem-solving skills
