ZABS Place is an employment training center and upscale thrift boutique in downtown Matthews. We're a non-profit focused on one core belief: Seeing potential in everyone and everything. We create meaningful training and employment opportunities for young adults with intellectual and developmental differences, helping them build real workplace skills through hands-on work in our store and warehouse. It's a genuinely great place to work.

The Role
You're the first and last person most customers interact with. That matters to us. You'll work the register, help shoppers on the floor, price and steam incoming donations, and keep the store running smoothly between customers. Some shifts are busy and fast. Some give you room to get other things done. Both require someone who is excited to take on whatever the day brings.

What We're Looking For
A "people person" who takes pride in a well-run store, and is comfortable and eager to work alongside our specially-talented team members in an inclusive environment. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods. Comfortable on a step ladder.

Tentative Schedule:
Wed 10–6 PM, Thurs 10-6pm, Fri 10 AM–4 PM
