Location: Kingfisher, OK

Assignment Type: Direct-Hire

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 / Annually / DOE

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

• Billing audits/Handling billing discrepancies

• Process daily AR invoices

• Soft Collections

• Receive and post payments

• Manage cash flow

• Aging reports

• Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger

• Month end closing duties

Qualifications of Accounts Receivable Specialist Job in Kingfisher, OK:

• 3+ years, of full cycle AR experience

• Experience working within QuickBooks
