About the Client

Our client is a well-established design and cabinetry company specializing in high-end residential interiors. They are looking for a sales-driven professional to expand their B2B partnerships within the architecture and interior design community while supporting cabinetry design and project execution.

Job Summary

Seeking a B2B Sales & Design Consultant with strong architecture/interior design industry connections in the Philadelphia market to develop new business opportunities and support cabinetry design projects.

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the Philadelphia architecture and interior design industry.
  • Established network of architects, interior designers, builders, and related industry professionals.
  • Proven ability to build and grow a B2B sales pipeline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in interior design, kitchen design, cabinetry, or building materials sales.
  • Experience managing professional client relationships and the complete sales cycle.
  • Proficiency with SketchUp (Required).
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle for local client/site visits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cabinetry design and detailing experience.
  • Experience with estimating, pricing, contracts, and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new B2B business through networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery calls, showroom consultations, and client site visits.
  • Design, detail, and price custom cabinetry solutions.
  • Coordinate installation quotes with the Project Management team.
  • Prepare contracts and manage project payments.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support showroom operations, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
