\nCompany DescriptionIn a Compression Shop Associate job, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating compression molding presses and related production equipment
- Loading raw materials into compression molds and removing finished components
- Monitoring machine operation to ensure products meet quality and production standards
- Inspecting molded parts for defects, dimensions, and overall quality
- Trimming, finishing, and preparing molded products for the next stage of production
- Performing basic machine adjustments and reporting equipment issues to supervisors
- Reading and following work orders, production schedules, and manufacturing specifications
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards
- Working with production team members to meet daily production goals
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or compression molding experience is preferred but not requiredwe're willing to train motivated candidates
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Ability to read work instructions and production specifications
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds as needed

- 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday | 4:00 PM 2:30 AM
- 1st Shift: $14.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $14.50/hour
