Construction recruiting experience is required.

We are partnering with a fast-growing construction organization headquartered in Atlanta that is looking to add an experienced Recruiter to its talent acquisition team.

This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of construction and corporate positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from job posting and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality construction talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and human resources to understand workforce needs
  • Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the hiring process
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and quality of hire
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the construction industry
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume or rapidly growing organization
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and shifting priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work from the company’s Atlanta headquarters
