Gabriel/Jordan Ford is seeking a skilled Automotive Diesel Technician to join our elite service team. We are looking for a specialist who excels in the diagnosis and repair of PowerStroke diesel engines and heavy-duty Ford trucks.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our diesel and fleet customers. We offer a high-volume environment with a steady flow of diesel work, ensuring you have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential. • Rotating Saturdays

• No Sundays

$35 - $50 per flat rate hour

• Pay rates are aggressively structured based on your diesel certifications and production history.

• Confidentiality: All inquiries from currently employed technicians will be kept strictly confidential.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

• Ability to commute to Livingston, TX.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Ownership of a professional set of automotive tools.

• Previous experience with Ford PowerStroke diesel engines is preferred.

• Diagnose and repair diesel engine systems including fuel injection, turbochargers, and after-treatment systems.

• Perform complex mechanical repairs on Ford Super Duty and commercial chassis.

• Execute manufacturer recalls and warranty repairs to exacting Ford factory standards.

• Utilize Ford diagnostic tools like IDS and FDRS to resolve difficult drivability and electrical issues.

• Maintain Fixed Right First Time standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Provide clear and professional documentation for all work performed.

• Stay current on all Ford factory diesel training and specialized certifications.

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Diesel Technician.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume flat-rate shop.

• Team-player attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area.

• Ford or ASE Diesel certifications are a major plus.
