Construction Supervisor / Superintendent

We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our job sites from start to finish.
Position SummaryAs our Construction Foreman, you will be the primary on-site leader responsible for the daily execution of construction projects. You will direct field crews, coordinate subcontractors, manage materials, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of keeping projects on schedule and maximizing crew productivity while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Manage projects from ground-breaking to final punch list, ensuring adherence to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Crew Leadership & Productivity: Supervise, mentor, and motivate internal crew members and subcontractors. Set daily goals to ensure maximum labor productivity and efficiency.
Schedule Management: Keep projects moving in a timely manner by anticipating delays, coordinating daily tasks, and tracking project milestones.
Quality & Safety Control: Enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies on site. Conduct daily safety huddles and inspect work for top-tier quality control.
Resource & Material Management: Coordinate the delivery, staging, and inventory of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent downtime.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact on-site between project managers, clients, inspectors, and crew members. Maintain accurate daily logs of progress, hours, and site conditions.
Experience: Minimum of [3–5+ years] of hands-on experience in construction, with at least [1–3 years] in a leadership role (Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Field Supervisor).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, tools, blueprints, and local building codes.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people, resolve on-site conflicts, and drive accountability.
Certifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean record. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
