Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers
Qualify prospects and set appointments for agents
Consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
Accurately update client information and communication history in the CRM
Work within a structured lead-nurture system
Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email to keep prospects engaged
Qualifications:
What you bring (must-haves):
Active Texas Real Estate License (or pursuing one)
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Comfortable handling high call volume and follow-up targets
Organized, coachable, detail-oriented
