In-Home Caregiver

Adunni Home Health Agency LLC is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes in and around Euclid, OH.

Position Summary

The In-Home Caregiver provides attentive, respectful personal care and companionship to clients, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and daily independence. You will support daily living activities, follow care plans, and communicate updates to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

This part-time onsite role is ideal for someone who takes pride in serving others, values reliability, and thrives in meaningful one-on-one work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as personal care, mobility support, and basic household support as directed

• Provide companionship and support routine activities to promote comfort and dignity

• Monitor client well-being and report relevant changes, concerns, or observations promptly

• Follow individualized care instructions and maintain client safety in the home environment

• Maintain clear, accurate communication with the care team and document care activities as required

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful care to clients in a home setting

• Demonstrated reliability and willingness to follow care instructions consistently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and family members

• Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks safely and appropriately (within training and scope)

• Availability to work part-time as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home care, personal care, or caregiving support

• Familiarity with safety and mobility practices for supporting clients

• Comfort working with clients who may have varying needs and support levels

• Experience documenting care activities and communicating updates clearly

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15 - $17
