Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults and geriatrics on a PCU/telemetry unit
- Perform telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation; respond to rhythm changes
- Administer and monitor cardiac and vasoactive medications per protocol (no titration)
- Manage non-invasive airway support (BIPAP/CPAP) and other respiratory needs
- Care for central and peripheral lines; assist with blood product administration
- Participate in rapid response and code events; support post-op cardiac and stroke care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist with discharge planning and patient education

Requirements
- Current RN license in Idaho or a compact state in hand at time of submittal
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Telemetry/stepdown experience implied by unit type
- Ability to work in a high-acuity PCU/telemetry setting
