What You’ll Do:

'14;️ Oversee the MDS process for accuracy and compliance

'14;️ Coordinate assessments and care plans for residents

'14;️ Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

'14;️ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

What We’re Looking For:

RN License in NJ (Required)

MDS experience preferred

Strong assessment & organizational skills
