Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow our policyholder base within the Chesapeake region.

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, providing tailored coverage advice and support.

Lead by example in the office, sharing insights and techniques to help elevate the performance of the broader sales team.

Analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities for service expansion.

Foster strong relationships with community leaders and business owners to increase agency visibility.

Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach to policy binding and ongoing renewals.


Requirements

Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Strong track record of building and maintaining a client base.

Proficiency in standard agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Residency in or willingness to commute to Chesapeake, Virginia.

Previous experience in agency leadership or mentorship is highly valued.
