Job Summary:
Under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy and support children with autism in achieving developmental, behavioral, and functional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy in clinic or home-based settings
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and record data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs and Lead RBTs on assessments and materials
- Support parent training and caregiver education as directed
- Maintain client confidentiality and promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and team members
- Ability to accept feedback and grow professionally
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
- Eagerness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience working with children (ages 0–16) in classroom or 1:1 environments
- Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
- Background in education, psychology, speech therapy, or allied health fields
Education Requirements:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a variety of physical positions (kneeling, squatting, sitting)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites
- Valid Driver’s License and insurance
