Location: Northern Dallas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy and support children with autism in achieving developmental, behavioral, and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy in clinic or home-based settings
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and record data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and Lead RBTs on assessments and materials
  • Support parent training and caregiver education as directed
  • Maintain client confidentiality and promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and team members
  • Ability to accept feedback and grow professionally
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented setting



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience working with children (ages 0–16) in classroom or 1:1 environments
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
  • Background in education, psychology, speech therapy, or allied health fields
Education Requirements:
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a variety of physical positions (kneeling, squatting, sitting)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurance
