Behavioral Health Technician - Ridgeway Location: Cape Girardeau, MOPay: $17.38 - $19.78/hour + shift differentialsNote: Floating BHT is $18.59 - 20.99/hour due to flexibility needs.Community Counseling Center offer's shift differentials for BHT staff who work an Evening or Overnight shift at its residential facilities.Evening Shift: + $0.50/hour per hour worked on Evenings.Overnight Shift: +$1.00/hour per hour worked on OvernightsShifts AvailableFull TimeThursday/Friday 3:00pm, Saturday/Sunday 11am - 11pmFull Time Floating BHTShifts vary depending on program needsMust be able to work days, evenings, and overnightsPRNTypically 1 shift per week, any shift depending on need and your availabilityMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED/HSEMust hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must also meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation.Note: The Class E is just a written required computer test. No Driving Test has to be taken for the Class E. Then you would go to the DMV after the test is taken (passed) and transfer the license over to that Class E.https://dor.mo.gov/pdf/dlguide.pdf#page=11Click HERE to learn more about the MO Class E License The Ridgeway ProgramRidgeway is a ten bed, all female, Intensive Residential Treatment Service (IRTS) that provides a high level of direct service and supports for individuals living with chronic mental health diagnoses (i.e., anxiety, bi-polar, depression, personality disorders, etc.) that often involve severe behavioral and emotional issues resulting in guardianship. What You'll DoAs a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll be a key part of a supportive team helping adult women in a residential treatment environment:Maintain a safe, trauma-informed environmentSupport clients with daily living skills (hygiene, meals, medications, etc.)Lead or assist with therapeutic and recreational groupsTeach emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy habitsDocument observations and interventions accuratelyPerform safety checks (rooms, belongings, and grounds)Provide client transportation as neededAssist during behavioral crises and follow emergency protocolsTrack and distribute medications under agency policiesWhy You'll Love Working at Community Counseling CenterReal Impact.
