• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring the café is always ready to welcome customers.
• Collaborating with team members to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
