Day-to-DayResponsibilities

• Manageadministrativeworkloadanddailyprioritiesfortheleadagent
• Writecontracts
• UpdateandmaintainCRM
• Organizedailyoperationsandshiftingpriorities
• Handlebusinessadministrativetasks:flyers,clientgifts,signscheduling,inspections,appraisals,andclosings
• Keepprojectsandcommunicationsorganized
• Manageresidentialtransactionsfromcontractthroughclosing
• Coordinateinspections
• Prepareandmanagelistingpaperwork
• Reviewandorganizecontracts
• Trackdeadlinesandensurefilesremaincompliant
• Assistagentswithcontracts,listingcoordination,inspectionscheduling,transactionpaperwork,andgeneraladministrativesupport
• Reviewandorganizeplansandbusinessdocumentation
• Coordinatewithbuilders,vendors,andclients
• Supportonboardingofnewbuilderclientsandnewagents

Must-Haves

Experience:

• 23yearsofrealestateexperienceasanagentorasalicensedassistanttoatop-producingagent
• ActiveTexasRealEstateLicense
• Flexibilityinschedule,mostofhoursareM-Falthoughwillbeopenhousesonweekendsetc.
