Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans in a home-based setting, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record behavioral data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
Assist in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to address client needs
Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other therapists to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress
Provide support and guidance to families to promote consistency and generalization of learned behaviors
Requirements
Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities; ABA therapy experience a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
