Internal Medicine Physician

Seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Associate Medical Director of Adult Medicine. This leadership role supports providers, oversees quality initiatives, and maintains an active clinical practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a leadership role while continuing meaningful clinical work in a mission-driven setting.Schedule

Monday–Friday
• 1 administrative/leadership day
• 4 clinical days

Compensation

• $250K – $300K annually

• Annual leadership stipend

• Signing bonus

• Loan repayment eligibility

• Provide clinical leadership and provider mentorship

• Support quality initiatives and care coordination

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and provider evaluations

• Deliver full-scope adult primary care

• Collaborate on policy development and program design

• Active CA, MD Internal Medicine Physician license

• Board certified/Board Eligible

• 3+ years clinical experience

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Community health or underserved experience is a plus
