What's in it for you:

2nd shift opportunity - Regular hours 1pm-9pm

3rd shift opportunity - Regular hours 9pm-5:30am

Competitive hourly rate at $20/hr

Contract-to-hire position - you'll be hired based on attendance, performance and client needs

What your day will look like:

Cut and build wood pallets

Perform routine quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy

Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets

Other general labor or warehouse duties as required

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as needed

What we are looking for:

Prior manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to work overtime as needed

Excellent attitude and willingness to learn

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Detail-oriented
