Wise Staffing is hiring dependable Industrial Bricker for a growing industrial contractor. This position involves installing ceramic brick, refractory materials, and industrial wear liners in manufacturing and industrial facilities throughout the United States.
Job Responsibilities
- Install ceramic brick, refractory brick, and industrial wear liners.
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, grinding, and sandblasting.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and installation drawings.
- Measure, cut, and fit brick and ceramic materials.
- Safely operate grinders, hand tools, and power tools.
- Travel to customer facilities as needed.
- Maintain quality workmanship while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Construction, masonry, bricklaying, or industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools.
- Comfortable working in industrial environments.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed.
- Strong attendance and teamwork skills.
