Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman

What You’ll Do
%CF;Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects
%CF;Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro® technicians
%CF;Uphold TruBlue’s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care
%CF;Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site
%CF;Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project
Common projects include:
%CF;Bathroom and kitchen upgrades
%CF;Drywall repair and patching
%CF;Flooring installation and repair
%CF;General carpentry
%CF;Interior and exterior painting
%CF;Basic plumbing and electrical (within scope)
Who You Are
%CF;10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience
%CF;Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
%CF;Strong communication and problem-solving skills
%CF;Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients
%CF;Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset
%CF;Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
