Medina Meadows is seeking a dedicated Internal Admissions Coordinator/Receptionist to support our admissions process while handling some front desk responsibilities. Our facility is small and welcoming, making it an ideal place to build meaningful connections with residents and staff. What You’ll Do:
  • Guide new residents and their families through the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition

  • Assist residents in getting acclimated to the facility, providing tours, answering questions, and coordinating with various departments

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for admissions

  • Work closely with nursing, social services, and other teams to support resident onboarding

  • Handle some receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or a related role preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
