Bartender at Lupe's Mexican Eatery

Lupe’s in Dana Point, CA is seeking one experienced bartender to join our team. We are located at 33621 Del Obispo St., Suite F, Dana Point, CA.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, reliable, and committed to providing an excellent guest experience.

• Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails.
• Check customers’ identification and verify that they meet the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Remain guest-focused and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

• Previous experience working as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Relevant training or certification.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
