Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Review complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, trust)
• Lead client engagements and manage deadlines
• Provide tax planning and advisory support
• Supervise, train, and review work of seniors and staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
• Build strong client relationships and handle inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Tax a plus)
• CPA required
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Leadership and project management skills
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office
