Wash Bay Associate
Location: Spring Valley, IL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM-230PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Wash Bay Associate to join our team in Spring Valley. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing parts for shipment and production by operating a conveyor washing system, hand drying components, and palletizing finished materials.

This is a straightforward, repetitive position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to perform physical work throughout the shift.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Load parts onto an automated conveyor washing system.
  • Remove washed parts from the conveyor and hand dry as needed.
  • Inspect parts for cleanliness and quality before palletizing.
  • Stack and palletize finished materials according to work instructions.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Safety-conscious mindset.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to regularly lift and move heavy parts throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
